We offer a fully furnished room of bed, table and chairs, large closet with a dedicated but not private bathroom with a built-in jacuzzi and a nice view of our garden and plenty of light cascading through the trees and a side porch with a Gazebo with tables and chairs to enjoy the mornings.
We seek someone who is a nice, friendly student or professional who is clean and simply enjoys life and is respectful of others.
Utilities are included and we also have a large fridge plus a mini fridge that can be dedicated to you.
A deposit of $350 is required with at least 2 personal references. No credit check is needed and the lease is month to month with a 2 month minimum required.
The room is available Friday January 1, 2010 and a Full deposit must be made to secure the room.
There is a large side yard with a gazebo and you are welcome to have guests any time.
