My long hair chihuahua and I are only in the home 2-3 days a week, so I decided to share the rest of the house with roommates. I am a non-smoker, but don't mind if smoking is outside. I'm a friendly, laid back female who likes to have fun but is courteous of others and I respect privacy. This house is very comfortable, private, on the corner in a quiet residential neighborhood.
House is in the Sierra Hills area (SCV). Prices vary because each room is different. Master has pvt entrance and pvt bath with french doors that lead out to backyard. 2nd room has pvt entrance and french doors that lead to front courtyard. 3rd room has a very nice view. 800/700/650 if for only one person. Backyard has bonfire pit, large in-ground spa, waterfall and 3 patio areas. Front courtyard has 2 patio areas. HOA has olympic pool, tennis/basketball courts and rec room.
