Overview: We (two females in our 30’s) have a fabulous house in the Hills and are looking to find a good fit for our open room. This is not a large house so we are hoping to find someone we will get along with well.
Location: The house is conveniently located within minutes of the 101, Runyon Canyon, the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood & Highland. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a nice kitchen and living room as well as a back patio. The open bedroom is in the front of the house (9.6ftx14ft), with a lot of closet/storage space and shares a full bathroom with one female. There is also a washer and dryer as well as non-permit street parking.
$$: Rent is $775 a month and includes water, trash and gardener. Utilities consist of Direct TV, Gas, Electric (paid every 2 months) and Internet. On average they run $70-100 a month. Additionally, household items, i.e., paper towels and cleaning supplies, are split. Food and other items are individual’s responsibility.
Qualifications: NORMAL Male or Female, US citizen, 28-38, with A REAL JOB. No freelancers, waitresses, students, actors, “entrepreneurs”, etc. We want someone who will hold normal Monday-Friday hours. No drama queens, no “I just broke up with my boyfriend” scenes. NORMAL. NO DRUGS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO AFTER BAR and NO LIVE-IN BOYFRIENDS/GIRLFRIENDS.
OUR HOUSE IS A SANCTUARY. We have demanding jobs so we like to come home and chill out, watch TV, cook dinner, etc. We will be checking driver’s license, calling references, etc.
That being said, we are very nice, fun and considerate. The 2 dogs are 20lb rescues and every time we show the house people want to live here so if you think you might be a fit, drop us a line and we will set a time to come by and see the place.
Available September 1. First and last month as well as a refundable $400 security deposit are due upon moving in ($1,950).
