we are looking for someone who is really responsible and clean.. Neighborhood is good we have never had problems. Theres markets. bus transportation and 10, 110, and 101 near. We all get along and are very respectful with each others things. Took pictures of the place so you can get and idea. the room pic does not really show how big it is but a queen sides bed can be fit with a couple of more furniture.
