I have 2 rooms available in a 3 beedroom house. It has a fireplace and a small side yard. The big room is $620 a month and the smaller room is $520 a month. It is a nice place I like to keep it clean but your room is yours so you can keep it anyway you want it. I am a 46 year old straight male and there is a 25 year old straight male who lives here also. We are very down to earth and easy to get along with. Smokin is ok but you have to do it outside and drinking is accepted. Very quiet neighborhood. Only 10 blocks from the Galleria.
