I have a room with a private bath available in my new condo. The bedroom has tons of closet space and is on its own side of the condo. You will also have full use of the kitchen, living room and dining room available.
I am a 23 yo professional female and barely home during the week. I am looking for another young professional, preferably female, with a steady income who likes to keep things pretty low key/quiet during the week. I am ok with visitors, but just don't want any parties going on. I like to keep things pretty clean, so I also need someone who cleans up after themselves.
The room will be available on October 1st, on a month-to-month basis. I am asking for first and last month's rent plus a $450 security deposit upfront.
