Posted this ad for the last couple of days and only got two responses ..(both too far away!)
Ironically both offers came from people who were barely making it themselves and had similar troubled stories to tell me. It's always those that can least afford to give that do!!
Surely some kind Jewish soul can help in my hour of need, I truly don't know where else to turn.
Im an ex-Mortgage guy, professional 45 y.o (originally from the UK), who has lost everything...home and job included.
Used to having a management role so I understand about responsibility and what it entails!
No family to turn to. So called "friends" not interested.
Have all my belongings temporarily stored in SFV, (but that won't last much longer) so I need a place nearby, I can call "home" for three to six months until I get back in job market.
Can't pay rent at the moment but hopefully that will change soon when I land a suitable job, so in the meantime I'm looking for a good Jewish family, or individual who has enough room in his (or her) home to let me stay.I will not intrude on your privacy or disturb you, I promise.
When I'm back on my feet I will repay this debt a thousand fold!
I'm a clean living single guy with a nice and easy personality who (like many others) is just temporarily down on his luck.
Please extend your hand to me, a fellow Jew from another country, during this very difficult time.
I know given the circumstances I would do likewise for you!
