I have recently relocated to LA a month ago to advance my career. I am a college graduate who is specialized in postproduction in the entertainment industry. I am currently freelance (or jobless, whichever) and have money from prior film work to keep me going until the end of December. I want something furnished with at least a decent bed and lighting in the room. I also need internet access (hardlines as well as wifi) and would like the utilities to be included in rent. I have a car full of things and some broken down furniture so I need some ample room for storage. Don't necessarily need an exclusively private bath, but would prefer only 1-2 people per bath. Ideally I would love to be in a house with other industry professionals within 10 years of my age, but whatever.
I am a mid 20's cleanly, fairly laid back but respectful male that is considerate of others. It is worth noting that when I'm not out with friends or exploring the city I am home jobhunting in a serious way. I like to go out and enjoy drinks from time to time, but don't bring the party home.
I am open to most areas, but would prefer Studio City, Silverlake, Los Feliz or somewhere close by.
