I'm searching to rent a room in a peaceful and warm Lesbian household.
I guess I should start with the bad news:
I'm a guy and every so often I enjoy cross dressing but would only feel safe doing so in the privacy of my own home, never in public (possibly one day in the far off future when cows can find their way home and pigs learn how to fly).
Many years ago I was fortunate enough to be hired by a Lesbian couple for a home improvement project (I'm a licensed general contractor.
During the course of construction one thing lead to the other and by the end of the project I ended up wearing a wig, my tool belt and heels.
As soon as their project (kitchen and bathroom remodel) was completed they asked me to move in and I ended up being in their beautiful home for many years until I was asked to work for a major home improvement chain (big mistake) and ended up moving to Palo Alto.
Alright tea then, moving on down the road...
I'm 48,single,quiet, respectful of personal space, responsible and trustworthy, I don't have many friends so I would not be bringing a lot of guest over (the door knob fell off the closet and I am still stuck inside), I love to cook, enjoy house keeping,enjoy gardening, working on home improvement projects, I'm not into drugs but on rare occasion's I might indulge myself and enjoy a cocktail (Shirley Temple or a Roy Rogers depending on what I'm wearing at the time).
I only want to live in a house, or a guest house. Not a town home, condo, or an apartment. I love the feeling of living a a house, or guest house.
Currently I reside in a guest house in Studio City but would be interested in finding a room to rent (preferably a guest house) between Studio City to Calabasas and preferably South of the Blvd and in the hills.
And if possible:
A swimming pool, a private or somewhat private entrance to a guest house (if one is available - if not and only a room in the main house is available - a key to the front door), warm and bright interior, private back yard, high speed Internet (a must), parking for my work truck and my mini van (a must), room for a desk and many books (another a must).
I'm willing to pay up to $800 month for my own sweet guest house, but $600 for a room in the main house.
For the past 3 years I have always paid my rent on time.
The reason for my move is due to my landlord invading my privacy every once in awhile (especially when drinking). Prior to opening my door I have to change back into my man's clothes (he's a he, my landlord) which isn't really fun at all.
Out of respect for your time, ( and just because I'm too damn honest) at the moment my credit history is not good at all.
For the past 3 years I have been developing my construction business. Due to our current economy construction is not doing very well.
Please do not worry about me paying the rent on time, for the past 3 years my rent payment has never been late.
I have noticed there are a few landlords that are willing to offer reduced rent to their tenant in exchange for remodeling projects, or for the maintenance of their property, or they are looking for a personal assistant, or a house cleaner, or combination of all of the above, or what have you.
If type of arrangement is mutually beneficial, I will consider it.
I do ask of you that my privacy be respected and of course I will respect yours.
Please be a non-drinker and drug user, if your young and live in a party house that is not the type of an environment I'm interested in.
I'm looking for at least a six month lease but would prefer one year (I hate moving).
Make-up tips would be really appreciated, in turn I will teach you a few tricks-of the-trade like which side of a hammer to hold onto. : )
