i'm a UCLA grad student (neuroscience), who is looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in the Venice or Santa Monica areas.
things i'd need:
- parking (i've got a car and a motorcycle; cover/park the car most of the time)
- full kitchen (yes, i cook, even though i'm a bachelor)
things i'd prefer:
- hardwood floors
- large closet, storage
stand-alone / bungalow or smaller building.. no 20-unix complex for me thanks (living in one now).
i'm not looking for a shared/roommate situation, although if you are part of an intentional community in Santa Monica or Venice looking to expand, please contact me. i'm interested in moving from Palms to that area as I spend time at a meditation center near 10th and Colorado, and would like to spend more time there.
i'm responsible, low-key, 38-years old, stable, and relatively quiet.
i don't have pets, and don't smoke.
i'll be working on my PhD for the next 2 years - i could be a great tenant for you - contact me please!
