All house access to the residents. The house has 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens (both fully stocked and with new refrigerators), plenty of cabinets. Bathrooms with tub and shower. Washer and dryer. Full access to internet computer and house phone. Cable TV's and DVD in all rooms & bedrooms. House nicely furnished, well-kept, exceptionally clean.
No smoking in the house. Nice private backyard area. Barbecue available. Exercise weights. Pool table and rec room.
Also included with the rent: Coffee and coffee bar area, hot & cold breakfast cereals, paper supplies (bath tissue, etc.), cleaning supplies, many other amenities provided in the house to the residents. Bed linens provided.
Full rent paid in advance for the upcoming month ($550)--stay as long as you like (1 month minimum). Deposit of $150 required upon move-in--fully refunded when moving out. Payment arrangements possible.
