Our place is a few very short blocks to the beach. You have your own private entrance with 2 large decks, one in front with ocean views and one in the back with peaceful valley views. There is parking and plenty of outdoor space to run around. The unit is very clean and spacious for the whole family to enjoy with access to a laundry room. There is a brand new flat screen TV as well as brand new furnishings. 2 units total on this property. It is approximately 1000 square feet of living space. Ideally located and very quiet. The sunset pic is taken from the ocean view balcony and you can see the ocean from the kitchen.
