I am renting out a Studio/Loft unit in Mammoth Lakes, California. The unit is spacious and comfortably sleeps 4 people (more can fit if you want to sleep on the floor). The unit was recently upgraded with brand new furniture throughout. The upstairs, loft portion, contains a King size bed with full bathroom. The downstairs contains a sectional sofa sleeper and another full bathroom. There is a dining room, living room with extremely tall ceilings, and full kitchen. There is a fireplace and a balcony as well. A full garage is also included with the unit. A TV with DVD player, Stereo with CD player, and wireless internet are also included in the unit. Most importantly, the complex is a 10 minute walk (max) to the ski lift (Canyon Lodge). For those familiar with the area, the unit is located in the Mammoth Ski and Racquet Complex. It is located between the Village and Canyon Lodge for a prime location. The complex has a heated pool, two spas, and a sauna. The rates are as follows:
Summer Rates:
$125 per night
Winter Rates:
$175 weeknight
$195 weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Holiday Rates:
- Labor Day 09/04 thru 09/07 - $150 per night
- Columbus Day 10/09 thru 10/12 - $150 per night
- Veterans Day 11/10 thru 10/11 - $195 per night
- Thanksgiving 11/25 thru 11/29 - $250 per night
- Christmas 12/18 thru 12/25 - $275 per night
- Christmas 12/26 thru 1/4 - $350 per night
- Martin Luther King 1/15 thru 1/18 - $350 per night
- Presidents Day 2/12 thru 2/16 - $350 per night
Mammoth is great for singles, couples and families who are interested in skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, mountain biking, hunting, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, wakeboarding, etc.
