It is directly behind Brentwood Village: Starbucks, a market, the Brentwood restaurant, Penone restaurant, The Clay Pot indian restaurant, Subway, other restaurants, a cigar shop, post office, three dry cleaners, Wells Fargo bank, many boutiques, etc. It is about 1 minute from the 405, and about 12-15 minutes from the beach.
You: Clean, trustworthy, no-nonsense. No drugs, smoking, or pets. It will cost $35 for the management to run a credit check. I will take a refundable deposit of $1,000 .
