The fully furnished Studio with great city and mountain view 10 min from Beach (Redondo), 18 min to Raleigh Studios Manhattan Beach
The Beach (Redondo Beach, Torrance Beach, PalosVerdes ) is only 10-12 min straight on Pacific Coast Highway. 25 min to Downtown and Manhattan Beach, 35 min to Hollywood/Beverly Hills/Santa Monica. (traffic permitting 45-60 min during rush hour). Burbank and The Valley is 60 minutes away
South Bay location. City of Lomita, borders Palos Verdes/Rolling Hills Estates and San Pedro. I block from Rolling Hills Estates.
Palos Verdes foothills. Great Farmers Market is 10 minutes away in Torrance on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
About 3 min to all shopping, 24 hour fitness, Whole Foods, Albertsons, Trader Joe's, AMC Movie Theatre, Starbucks, Maccaroni Grill, Thai Food etc.
5 min to 110 and 405 freeways
Studio is on top of private residence with separate gated entrance and own entier top florr that is not connected to rest of house. (safe, security coded gate). It's like having your own cottage. Rest of house is build down the hill in terraces.
Small tucked away street on a hill. You can only see gates and garage from the street. Has a comfortable rustic but zen tree-house feel.
Balcony and sunny rooftop deck with views and french doors in living area and kitchen (can be opened for al fresco dining)

Small separate eat-in Kitchen with table, electric stove top (2), microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, fridge and small freezer and all kitchenware and utensils, stocked with basics like spices, condiments, coffee, etc. French doors in kitchen open to deck with a view.
Bathroom has a shower/bathtub.

Special rate of 1,700 for 4 weeks - negotiable for longer stays. 2 months or longer 1,600 per month including ALL utilities, satellite TV and completely furnished. NO CREDIT CHECK. Only $400 deposit required, no first, no last and all utilities are included. Month to month or partial month after 1 month o.k. we will just pro-rate. 2 week notice is fine. No lease required. Weekly rental only last minute if available. $500 per week.
