This cute one bedroom is for rent for $925/month. My lease is up in February of '10, but, due to me relocating for my job, I will need to sublet my apartment ASAP. It's on the second floor of a 2-floor apartment complex, with about a total of 15-20 units in the building. It has an AWESOME courtyard, which the apartment faces. It has a balcony that can hold small patio furniture. The neighbors are great, the complex is gated & safe, and to get to the back parking lot, you have a gate opener. It's also pet friendly, and is great for anyone who may have a dog; they can run free throughout the courtyard without fear of them getting out onto the street. There is 4 washer/dryer units available in the complex - coin operated, which makes it so much more convenient than running to a laundry mat. It's close to everything: grocery stores, gas stations, convenient stores, and the metro. The apartment itself has an AC unit in the bedroom, gas heat & stove (which has never cost me more than $15/month), a HUGE tiled shower, extra nook that can be used as an office, hardwood floors, and TONS of closet space. It's located on a beautiful palm tree lined street!
