Our former Nanny/Housekeeper has just come off of maternity leave and is ready to go back to work, full-time! She was with us for 2 yrs and was just amazing with our 3 kids (under 5), and in keeping the house put together. Very detail oriented, hard working and extremely reliable. My kids all LOVE her - she is a lot of fun and likes to help kids learn (doesn't just 'baby sit'), even started teaching my 5 yr old Spanish (but speaks great English too), and always likes to keep the kids busy learning and having fun. Having raised 3 children of her own (4 counting the new little girl) over the last 20 yrs, she knows what needs to be done and can help with feeding/sleeping schedules for babies, preschool games/activities for the little ones, or homework with the older kids. Also loves to cook and will help prepare any or all kids meals (and adults if you'd like a break!). Has a nice, reliable car and can even shuttle kids around if needed.
